Infertility is a type of disease related to reproductive system of male and female which is describe by the failure to achieve pregnancy after having a regular unprotected sexual intercourse.

- Keep taking your medication on time.
- Eat a healthy diet.
- Stop consuming alcohol, smoke and drugs.
- Avoid tensions for some time.
